Term of use for evaluation users.
1 WindSim may provide access to a time-limited evaluation version of WindSim Accelerator (“Evaluation Version”) free of charge, to allow users to assess the functionality of the software prior to entering into a paid agreement.2 Use of the Evaluation Version is strictly limited to non-commercial internal evaluation purposes only. The Evaluation Version may not be used for commercial project execution, consulting services, or any revenue-generating activity.
26.3 Access is provided on a self-service basis for a period of up to 15 calendar days and may include limitations on model size, project number, and data exports, as defined by WindSim at its sole discretion.
4 No warranties are provided with the Evaluation Version. WindSim disclaims any liability for data loss, inaccuracies, or damages arising from the use of the Evaluation Version.
5 WindSim may terminate or suspend access to the Evaluation Version at any time, without notice.
6 By registering to use the Evaluation Version, the user accepts these Evaluation Terms, along with the general provisions in Parts A and B of these Standard Terms, to the extent applicable and not in conflict with this section.
